Inner Cultivation Retreat

Calmness and Insight
This is not a workshop, but a continuous process over several days.
Through calmness, repetition, and simplicity, a different quality of attention begins to emerge.
This program supports:

Developing calm and stable attention (Samatha)

Clear observation of thoughts and experience (Vipassana)

Reconnecting with the body through simple movement and breathing

A more grounded and continuous awareness

INDIVIDUAL GUIDANCE
One-to-One Inner Work
A direct and personal form of guidance.
This work allows for a deeper exploration of attention, body, and inner patterns — in a way that cannot unfold in a group setting.
Sessions are adapted to the individual and may include:
